In some cases, multiple pharmacies may be involved in the processing and dispensing of your prescription. MedMind may transfer or forward your prescription to another pharmacy if required by state laws. You have the right to cancel your prescription order or request to transfer it to another pharmacy.

You understand that customer support services provided by MedMind may involve support from our partner pharmacies or affiliated pharmacy networks. These services may include electronic communication of your personal medical information. Such information may be transmitted outside of your state, and the electronic systems and security protocols used could pose privacy risks.

When you present your prescription(s), you authorize MedMind, affiliated pharmacies, or partner pharmacies to fulfill the prescription as requested. Payment for medication and services will be collected directly from you at the time of service.

Payment for services, including medication, is due at the time of service, medication pickup, or delivery. You are financially responsible for all fees and costs associated with services or products received.

You understand and agree that you are financially responsible for all charges for services rendered. There is no involvement of insurance billing or copayments in our services.

You have had the opportunity to ask questions.

You have had the option to transfer your prescriptions to another pharmacy.

You have the option to transfer prescriptions to another pharmacy at any time in the future, regardless of your agreement to these terms.
